Ambassador of Finland to Portugal

Mrs. Outi Holopainen, took over as the new Ambassador of Finland to Portugal, on September 2013. Prior to her visit to Lisbon, Ambassador played functions as the Director-General of the defense policy department and crisis management, for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Previously she worked as Director General of the department of arms control, as well as other functions in the political affairs and administrative affairs departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland. Mrs. Ambassador Holopainen started her career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1988.
